Model in the picture 1-3 has the measurements: bust – 93 cm (36.6 in) / under bust – 75 cm (29.5 in) / waist – 68 cm (26.8 in) / hips – 98 cm (38.6 in) / EU size: 38 (5 UK, 8 US).

How to order the dress suitable to my size?

To buy a dress in your size just place an order. You will be then asked to fill in the form in which you provide the exact measurements. To fill in the form just follow the instruction: how to measure. After placing your order we will contact you to confirm your choice, take measure, agree on changes/alterations, and other details of your order. If you have already chosen your perfect wedding dress model but you still have doubts if it fits your silhouette, just contact us and we will help you to make the best decision.

How to measure?

On Fitting and Size Chart section, you will find detailed instruction how to take measures correctly. Additionally after placing the order our stylist will contact you to confirm correct measures.

What to do when I lost my weight before wedding?

Wedding dresses are made from elastic fabric so most probably the dress will still fit your silhouette. If you are still not satisfied how the dress looks after you lost your weight you can go to the local tailor to make the appropriate minor tweaks.

Will I have to make some additional corrections?

We will do our best to fit the dress to your silhouette, however there is always a risk that the dress will need some minor corrections. Online prices of dresses are lower in case you will have to make additional corrections by your local tailor. We do not make corrections of purchased dresses.

Can I return the dress purchased online?

Wedding dresses are made based on your order, following specific measures. That’s why it is not possible to return dress (for more details see our Return Policy).

We deliver dresses worldwide. International orders are shipped in an insured package. Shipping may last 3 to 7 business days. Shipping does not includes 14 days sewing which starts after the specification has been agreed (size, color of the lining, length of sleeves, length of the skirt, length of the train, finishing, additional arrangements).

We are aware of the importance of proper measurement.We have prepared detailed instructions on how to take measures on the page: Fitting and size chart.

After placing your order, our stylist will contact you to:

• collect the correct measure,
• determine the length of the sleeves (if any),
• determine the length of the skirt,
• determine the length of the train (if any),
  etc.

Remember, each of us is different. Despite the many years of experience of our team, even with perfectly taken measurements, there is a possibility that the dress will require minor corrections (e.g. shortening the straps, making a dart) to perfectly match your figure. Dresses available in the store are designed so that it is possible to smoothly introduce any changes by the local tailor. You must be aware that you may need to use such services.
