All products sold in the store martatrojanowska.com are made to the customer’s order, and therefore after agreement and confirmation by the Customer of the specification, and thus acceptance of the order by the store martatrojanowska.com for processing, the Consumer may not withdraw from the sales agreement for the product purchased in the online store at martatrojanowska.com.
Until the specifications have been agreed and confirmed by the Customer, the Customer has the right to cancel part or the entire order.
The refund to the Customer will be made in the manner and time limits consistent with Section 13 of the Terms and Conditions page.
The Consumer who wants to exercise the right of withdrawal before confirming the specification should inform Studio Impress Marta Trojanowska of his decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). The Consumer may use the withdrawal form, which is attached as Appendix No. 2 to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. The use of the above forms is not obligatory. In order to keep the deadline for withdrawal from the agreement, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information concerning the exercise of the right to withdraw from the agreement before the expiry of deadline for withdrawal from the agreement.
The right to withdraw from the agreement is not entitled to the Consumer in relation to the agreement (pursuant to Article 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights) for the provision of services if the seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the performance that after the seller has performed the service he will lose the right to withdraw from the agreement.
