Why does one-day sewing work better?
Most women make their best choice the first time, because they follow their emotions 🙂 The problem usually begins later — when they spend months analyzing photos and start changing their decision.
In our model, you try on your dress for the first time on the sewing day itself. You decide with a fresh perspective, and we immediately execute the chosen design (which can also be a combination of several dresses).
Advantages of one-day sewing:
- There is no time to “get bored” with the dress.
- There is no risk that the fabric you selected will disappear from the collection.
- There is no traveling from salon to salon in search of the perfect dress — we create it together.
- You do not have to worry about weight changes or pregnancy — we can sew even very close to your wedding date.
- You will not receive a different dress than the one you ordered, because it is created literally on your body.
One day — and your dream dress is ready.
What does the sewing day look like?
Morning (approx. 60 minutes):
- trying on models,
- silhouette and needs analysis,
- photos and comparison collage,
- decision on cut, fabrics, and details.
Early afternoon (approx. 30 minutes):
- fitting of the cut dress elements,
- possible minor adjustments,
- time for additional comments (e.g. adding a belt).
Late afternoon (approx. 60 minutes):
- hemming the dress directly on you,
- keepsake photos,
- collection of the dress in a garment bag.
Early afternoon (approx. 30 minutes):
- fitting of the cut dress elements,
- possible minor adjustments,
- time for additional comments (e.g. adding a belt).
In 99% of cases, you leave the same day with your finished wedding dress 🙂
Do I need to come earlier for fittings?
You may book a separate one-hour consultation with a stylist.
However, from experience, we know that the best decisions are made when the first fitting takes place on the sewing day itself.
Why?
- The choice is more intuitive and accurate.
- You do not spend months analyzing photos.
- You do not change your decision under the influence of others’ opinions.
- You are certain that the selected fabrics are available.
That is why most of our clients choose one-day sewing from the start.
Who is one-day sewing for?
This solution is for you if:
- you are changing weight or are pregnant,
- you do not have time for fittings every few months,
- you do not want to travel between multiple salons and try on hundreds of dresses to find the right one (with us, everything can be modified to create the ideal version),
- you want full control over the creation process so you do not receive a dress different from the one you ordered,
- you would like to spend a meaningful day with us and possibly your guests in Warsaw — during breaks you can shop for lingerie or shoes, have a massage, or enjoy a good lunch.
This is not a model for those who prefer to compare offers for months and visit numerous salons. In that case, you may book a stylist consultation only.
Key facts
- The dress is created on you in approximately 8 hours.
- Around 250 models are available for fitting.
- Sizes XS–5XL, but we sew made-to-measure without size limitations or extra charges.
- A wide range of fabrics: lace, crepe, chiffon, muslin, organza, tulle.
- Full freedom to modify and combine elements from different dresses.
- Individual custom designs are possible.
Each dress is made to measure — tailored to your proportions, not based on a standard size chart.
What if I am changing weight or unsure about my decision?
If you are planning significant body changes, it is even more important to try on dresses for the first time on the sewing day. You choose at your current weight and see the real effect. With major weight changes, attention often shifts to completely different styles — regardless of whether the change is up or down.
If you are unsure about your style, we guide you through the selection process. We start with models you like and then present alternative options to determine what suits you best. Even if you believe you know exactly what you want, the process may positively surprise you.
How should I prepare for the sewing day?
- Bring shoes in your target heel height (if you plan to switch to lower ones, bring those).
- Bring nude, smooth underwear (laser-cut panties, a bra with a low center gore, shades as close to your skin tone as possible rather than beige).
- Come with an open mind and a positive attitude — like meeting a friend.
We handle the rest.
How long does the appointment last?
- Morning fittings last approximately 60 minutes.
- This is usually sufficient to try on different silhouettes and make a conscious decision.
- You then have about 4 hours of break while the dressmaker cuts the dress.
- Pinning the cut elements on your body usually takes 30–40 minutes.
- You have another 1.5–2 hour break while the dress is assembled.
- Final hemming and collection take around 1 hour.
We aim for the entire process to run approximately from 8:00–9:00 AM until 4:00–5:00 PM, though exceptions may occur.

One-Day Sewing – Questions & Answers
What is “One-Day Sewing”?
It is our standard working model. In our Warsaw atelier, a wedding dress is created in approximately 8 hours – from the first fitting in the morning to collecting the finished dress the same day.
You do not choose a ready-made dress for later alterations.
You do not order a dress that will arrive in a few months.
We define the design together in the morning, and the dress is created directly on you – the construction, proportions, details, and length are adjusted in real time, all within a single day.
This is not an additional express service. It is how we have worked for years.
How is it different from traditional salon fittings?
Traditional model:
- You choose a design from a collection.
- You order it in your size.
- You wait several months.
- You attend 2–4 fittings for alterations.
- Adjustments happen after delivery, not during creation, so design changes are usually no longer possible.
With us:
- You do not have to choose just one existing model.
- You can create your own version.
- At the design stage, you can change everything; during sewing, small adjustments are still possible.
- You do not wait months for production delivery.
- You do not need to order a year in advance.
- There is no series of fittings spread over time.
- The construction is created directly on your body, so proportions and sizing are precisely adapted – even if you have body asymmetries.
- You leave with the finished dress the same day.
- There is no risk of receiving a different dress than the one you approved.
Why choose sewing immediately instead of classic fittings?
- You save time – one day instead of multiple visits.
- There is no risk that the final result will differ from what you imagined months earlier.
- You do not “overexpose” yourself to the dress by repeatedly analyzing photos.
- You choose with your heart and emotions, not under the influence of external advice.
This model is for those who prefer clear decisions over a long, drawn-out process.
How much does a one-day dress cost?
The price is exactly as listed for the specific model on the website.
We do not charge extra for:
- one-day sewing,
- standard modifications (neckline, sleeves, lining color, length, mixing elements within the same price category).
The price changes only if:
- you add more labor-intensive elements,
- you commission a fully custom design based on your own inspiration.
There is no separate “express mode” fee.
How do I book?
Booking is done by email through the contact form.
In your message include:
- your wedding date,
- preferred sewing date,
- approximate budget,
- optional inspirations.
The most important step is reserving your date in the schedule. Sewing itself can take place even the day before the wedding, but the date must be secured in advance.
When is the best time to sew?
It depends on your situation:
- Stable weight or fluctuations within +/- 5 kg → you may sew even a year in advance.
- Planned significant body changes → ideally 1–2 months before the wedding.
- Pregnancy → in later stages, even 2–3 weeks before the wedding.
If needed, pre-wedding adjustments are included in the price, although in practice they are rarely required.
What does the sewing day look like?
- Morning (approx. 8:00–9:00 AM) – fittings, defining direction, selecting fabrics and details.
- Measurements and a break (approx. 3–4 hours).
- Short construction fitting.
- Another break (approx. 1.5–2 hours).
- Final visit – adjusting length to shoes and collecting the finished dress.
In total, you spend approximately 2–3 hours in the atelier throughout the day.
What can be changed in the models?
You can influence:
- fabric (crepe, chiffon, muslin, lace, organza),
- color (white, cream, beige, blush, black, and others),
- neckline, back, sleeves,
- skirt volume and length,
- finishing details.
You may combine elements from different models.
We do not copy other designers’ work, but we work with inspirations.
What sizes are available for fittings?
Models are available in sizes XS–5XL.
We sew for any size and height – without extra charges for larger sizes.
Do I need to know which model I want?
No.
First, we try on different silhouettes and analyze which shapes, colors, tones, and fabrics suit you best. We take photos so you can clearly see what works.
Often, the final dress is a combination of several models and differs completely from your initial idea.
Do you sew only boho dresses?
No.
We offer minimalist, classic, glamour, and modern designs – with lace or completely smooth fabrics such as crepe, chiffon, or muslin.
We do not work with stiff, heavy constructions. Comfort and a natural silhouette are priorities.
Is a fully custom design created in one day?
It depends.
A design based on your inspiration may require a new construction or fabrics not available in-house. Sometimes it can be completed in one day; sometimes it requires more time.
Such projects are individually priced and must be discussed before the sewing day.
Can you sew using my own fabric?
Are pre-wedding alterations possible?
Yes, if needed, and they are free of charge.
It happens rarely, as our dresses are flexible. However, in exceptional cases we adjust the dress closer to the wedding date.
Do not wait until the wedding day to check the fit – try it on at least a month earlier and, if needed, schedule adjustments by email.
Can I return the dress?
No.
A made-to-measure dress is not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you buy back your dresses?
Yes.
We buy back dresses sewn in our atelier, clean and repair them, and reintroduce them for sale in the Circular Sale section.
If you are interested, send us photos and a description of the dress condition by email. You will receive a valuation and further details.
What if I don’t find anything for myself?
Not every aesthetic suits every person. If you are unsure whether light, soft, flowing dresses (whether lace or smooth) are right for you, book a consultation with a stylist first.
If after fittings you decide it is not your direction – there is no obligation.
If you already know that shiny satins with corsetry are not your style, there is no reason you would not find your ideal with us, and you can confidently book sewing with first fittings on the same morning 🙂
You can choose from dozens of fabrics in different shades and patterns. You may create a smooth, classic crepe dress in any shape, a light rustic muslin design, or a fully boho creation with lace and fringes. The possibilities are virtually endless, and our Google reviews speak for themselves 😉
