Fittings
In practice, if you already know that you want a soft, lightweight, comfortable and delicate wedding dress (which is exactly what we create :), we generally advise against booking an earlier fitting.
In our view, it is best to come to your sewing appointment with a clear head – without preconceived ideas or comparisons to dresses tried on elsewhere. Instead, you begin designing your gown with us that same morning, guided by your own intuition rather than well-intended advice from friends 😉
You can book a fitting to try on dresses from our CIRCULAR SALE if you would like to purchase a ready-made model at a significantly lower price. If you do not find the perfect dress there, we will schedule a sewing date to create one for you 🙂
However, if you would still like to come for an earlier consultation with a stylist, with the intention of having a personalized made-to-measure gown sewn later (even though the same consultation takes place on the morning of your sewing day), please write to us – but first, read the following:

Fittings FAQ
What do consultations and fittings look like?
Each appointment lasts approximately 60 minutes — both on the morning of your sewing day and during separate fitting visits.
During the appointment you can:
- try on as many models as time allows (around 250 dresses in sizes XS–5XL),
- see different configurations: sleeves, necklines, lining colors, tulles, laces,
- have photos taken and receive a comparison collage of selected styles,
- work with an experienced stylist,
- combine elements from different dresses or create a fully custom design.
The difference is that on the one-day sewing option, your dress is created immediately after the morning fitting — without months of reconsidering photos or risking a change of decision.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. We work exclusively by appointment.
Please email us and specify whether you are interested in:
- fittings only, or
- one-day sewing with a morning fitting.
When is the best time to try on dresses for the first time?
You may come at any convenient time (by prior appointment).
However, we recommend scheduling your first fitting on the morning of your sewing day.
Why?
- The first choice is often the best one.
- You avoid months of overanalyzing photos and second-guessing yourself.
- You eliminate the risk that certain fabrics or laces will no longer be available.
- You choose at your target body weight.
- Everything is completed in a single day.
From experience, the closer the first fitting is to the actual sewing date, the more confident and accurate the decision.
Can I come for fittings earlier, without sewing the same day?
Yes. It is a one-hour paid appointment.
However, please consider that:
- your initial choice may lose its impact over time,
- changes in your body may influence which styles suit you best,
- some models may no longer be available,
- on the sewing day you will still go through the decision process again.
If you trust our process, the most efficient solution is to book the one-day sewing option directly.
How much do fittings cost?
A one-hour fitting costs 150 PLN (currently 50 PLN promotional price). The amount is deducted from the price of your dress if you proceed with sewing or purchase.
The appointment includes:
- access to approximately 250 models,
- professional styling advice,
- the possibility to modify designs,
- photos and silhouette analysis.
On the sewing day, the morning fitting is part of the process and does not require a separate appointment.
How long does a fitting last?
Approximately 60 minutes.
That is enough time to:
- try on various silhouettes,
- analyze necklines, fabrics, skirt cuts, sleeves, and lining shades,
- create the final dress concept.
How many models are available to try on?
Approximately 250 dresses:
- crepes, chiffons, muslins, organzas,
- floral and geometric lace,
- various shades of white, ecru, beige, blush, and even black,
- different colors and shades of linings,
- separate sleeves, skirts, tulles, ribbons, and belts – creating virtually unlimited combinations.
These are base models only. Ultimately, we create a version tailored specifically to you.
What sizes are available?
XS–5XL.
Many designs are flexible and adapt well to different body shapes.
I am changing weight — when should I schedule a fitting?
Do I have to choose just one dress?
No. You may:
- select one model,
- combine elements from several,
- create a design from scratch.
On the sewing day, we immediately execute the agreed concept.
How many dresses can I try on?
As many as fit within the appointment time (sometimes around 20 pieces, if needed ;)).
We start with the models you initially like, but the stylist may shift direction after seeing which elements suit you best. The goal is to find the ideal model or create a combination that meets your expectations.
Who can I bring with me?
With someone supportive and objective. Even if they have a different opinion, they should prioritize how you feel in the dress over their personal taste. It is your day and your dress. Too many opinions often make the decision harder – especially when the dress is being created the same day.
Can I take photos?
How should I prepare?
For one-day sewing:
- Bring shoes in your target heel height (if you plan to change to lower ones, bring those).
- Bring nude underwear in a shade matching your skin tone (not lighter). Ideally, laser-cut panties and a smooth bra with a low center gore, without lace.
- Bring socks or slippers, as we do not wear outdoor shoes in the studio.
For an earlier fitting only:
- A well-supporting bra with a low center gore and seamless panties (nude gives the most neutral effect, but if you do not have that color, focus on the cut).
- Socks or slippers (it is easier to change dresses while wearing socks :).
Can I book a weekend fitting?
We typically work Monday through Thursday.
In exceptional cases, individual arrangements may be possible.
How do I book an appointment?
Send an email via the contact form and specify:
- whether you are interested in fittings only or one-day sewing with a morning fitting,
- your wedding date,
- your preferred appointment date.
If you want a clear decision and to finalize everything in one day, choose the one-day sewing option.
It is the simplest solution and, in most cases, delivers the best outcome.
