Description

Richly decorated unique lace clearly stands out against the nude lining and gives the impression of a tattoo covering the body. Custom made dresses

Your dress will be crafted in our studio in Warsaw, Poland, based on your measurements. We will adapt the selected project to your requirements and figure. In order to make your dress perfectly customed for you it is possible to make changes such as adding or changing the sleeves, remaking the neckline, replacing the lining, adding layers of tulle. Usually we need around 14 days to sew your dress, and it may also take several days to agree on measurements and design. So remember, it would be better not to order at the last minute, but if you have no choice, contact us by email before placing your order – we will help you select the best model for you and receive it on time.

Ready To Wear dresses

On our website and in the studio we may offer a limited number of wedding dresses and other outfits in sizes according to our size chart which you can find on Fitting and size chart page. They are available for immediate purchase, without waiting for a custom-made dress. Since our Ready to Wear dresses are made of elastic laces, they are not only soft and comfortable, but also fit the body. In addition, they are sewn in a way that allows you to easily make tailoring adjustments yourself or with the help of a local seamstress (on your expense). If you need a dress “right now” choosing a Ready to Wear dress will be the best option for you.

Support while ordering

We offer extended support of our stylists, both when choosing Ready To Wear products and those that we can sew for your special order. We offer advice on making choice of the best cut for your silhouette, designing changes, taking measurements, choosing the best size of the Ready To Wear dress. We will help you to make a decision, even if you are not sure which model will suit you best. Our stylists are here for you to make you feel as good, as possible on this special day.

How to order a custom-made dress?

To buy your dream dress, you can either sew one of our custom-made dresses or buy a Ready To Wear dress simply placing an online order after choosing the best size (see our Fitting and size chart page) and the colour of the lining. We will confirm the length, measurements and after that – just wait for the shipment! Remember! If you have your favourite model, but you have doubts whether it will fit your figure, just write to us and we will help you choose the perfect dress.

To sew a custom made dress, you can either choose your favourite one from our offer and place an online order or contact us and ask for advice. We will help you to decide on the perfect cut for your figure. You will be asked to fill out a form in which you will provide the exact measurements. To complete it correctly, see the instructions on how to measure yourself on Fitting and size chart page. It would be also a great help for us to have a picture presenting your body figure. Then we will confirm with you your choice, measurements, changes and other order details.

How to correctly measure yourself to choose the right size?

On the Fitting and Size chart page, you will find instructions on how to measure yourself correctly. After placing the order, our stylist will contact you in order to collect measurements so that you can perfectly match your dress to you.

What underwear to wear with the dress?

We recommend smooth and seamless nude underwear. In particular look for a bra with a lowered clasp in case you want your gown to have a plunging back. Remember that if you sew to measure, the neckline on the back can be matched with the bra, so that the clasp is invisible. Avoid lacy and coloured underwear, which can show through and stand out.

Is the dress transparent?

Depending on the model, some dresses may or may not have see-through effect. If you do not want the dress to be looking transparent, we can modify custom made dress by using lining in the appropriate colour.

What if I lost weight before getting married?

Our wedding dresses are made of elastic lace, so they have a fairly large margin to fit the figure. However, if you are not satisfied with how the dress looks after you have changed the weight, you can go to your local seamstress to make the appropriate minor adjustments. Certainly they will not cause major problems to make corrections.

What materials are the dresses made of?

To ensure maximum lightness and comfort, we sew our dresses from exclusive, soft and mostly elastic laces and fabrics. The certainty that our dresses are made of the highest quality fabrics and maintaining the highest standards is ensured by our reliable European suppliers and manufacturers.

Are corrections of the purchased dress possible?

Before sewing the selected dress we will make every effort to ensure that the dress fits you best. Nevertheless, when the dress is being made without fittings, there is a tiny risk that the dress will need adjustments. In this case please contact us, and we’ll surely remediate the issue. The way we sew custom made dresses is enabling any local seamstress to make the corrections needed.

Can I return a dress I bought online?

When ordering a custom made wedding dress the gown is sewn exactly to the measurements you provide us and adjusted to your preferences, therefore it is not possible to return the custom made dress purchased from us.

Some of our dresses may be sold in limited Ready To Wear series according to the size chart available on our website. If you buy such a dress, you may exchange or return it within 14 days from the date the dress is delivered to you. To learn more about exchanges and returns please see Terms and Conditions page.

How long does it take to make my dress?

We make custom made dresses in up to 14 days from the time of making the final order. However the progress of confirming the specification, changes and measurements may extend the sewing process. Sometimes it is possible to make a dress faster. If you don’t have time to wait more than 2-3 weeks, you may order Ready To Wear dress or contact us to determine whether it is possible to have the custom made dress faster.

Ordering and delivery

In our online store you can buy:

Custom made wedding dresses – sewn on an individual order, according to the customer’s specifications and measurements,
Ready To Wear wedding dresses and other outfits – products sewn according to the size chart available on our website.

We deliver our products all over the world. Orders are delivered by courier in an insured shipment, which usually takes 3 to 7 business days.

Ready to Wear products, including wedding dresses, are shipped immediately after accepting the order for execution, no later than within 5 working days.
In case of a wedding dress made-to-measure delivery time is 14 working days from the beginning of sewing process. The time for sewing process is counted from the acceptance of the final order, which takes place after agreeing the specification (size, colour of the lining, length of the sleeves, length of the skirt, length of the train, trim and additional adjustments).

We send orders by courier in an insured shipment.

The shipping cost depends on the country of destination. Each time the shipping cost is calculated when placing the order.

NOTE: When shipping outside of the European Union additional local fees, taxes and duties may be imposed on the buyer, the amount of which is beyond our control. To avoid misunderstandings check the additional cost of the ordered products shipped to your country.

Returns and exchanges

Custom-made wedding dresses

Your wedding dress sewn by us based on your order, special measurements and specifications is not returnable. That is why we pay so much attention to your order before sewing – we want to be sure that both the selected model, cut, changes introduced to the design and sizes have been determined in the smallest detail. It is very important for us that the dress is not only made in accordance with the dimensions, but also perfectly fits your figure.

From the moment of accepting the order for sewing, which takes place after agreeing the cut, measurements and changes, it will not be possible to quit the order. We are responsible for making the dress discordant with the specification and its defects, including hidden ones, however we are not responsible for incorrect measurements. If – for any reason – you have a problem with the dress you received, contact us and we will surely find a solution.

Ready To Wear wedding dresses and other products

Regardless of whether you are buying a made-to-measure dress or ready-to-wear one, we recommend that you check and measure the dress as soon, as possible in order to assess whether the dress has been delivered in good condition and fits perfectly.
